About Us

Whiskey Creek BBQ was founded on the principles of providing high quality classic BBQ comfort food to the various communities it will serve while giving back to those who support us. All of us at Northwoods Smokehouse wants to make sure we are giving back. We feel that giving back is an important part of who we are and what makes us who we are.

Pork

We source the best pork available. Our pulled pork is dusted with our very own pork rub giving it a sweet taste with a slight kick in the end. During the smoking process, we spritz our pork to ensure the moisture and taste we are looking for.

BEEF

Keeping true to our Texas Craft bbq, we source the best beef that’s available. We season our beef with our house made all purposed rub which is a salt/pepper/garlic base with a few other flavors. Smoked and wrapped to finish our beef is tender yet flavorful. Our rub isn’t overpowering taking away from the natural flavors of the beef. Our rub is a great compliment.

Ribs

Using St. Louis style ribs, we dust them with both our pork rub and our all purpose beef rub as well. Smoked and spritzed throughout the cooking process you can expect our ribs to be tender but not fall off the bone/fall apart tender. We produce a bite through rib experience that’s competition grade without the over powering layers of sugars and powerful seasonings.

Chicken

Our chicken is dusted with our all purpose beef rub and our pork rub giving the chicken a sweet and savory finish.
